Lime Rock Park road course is 1.53 mile long and consists of seven turns and is a very challenging race track. The project for reconstructing the track started sometime back was completed in the year 2008 with the most notable change being replacing the grade-level aggregate base by the newer and better asphalt layout. With Memorial Day weekend being the most awaited event in the motorsports calendar for 2010 the Lime Rock Park is gearing up for the upcoming celebrations. As per the program schedule decided so far the idea is to use the optional Uphill corner-complex as well as the classic West Bend sweeper but considering the importance of the race weekend nothing has been finalized yet.
